DS Lettings is a new & dynamic brand to the lettings & management sector spearheaded by its principal and managing director David Souhan. David Souhan holds a BSC (Hons) Property Management & Valuation (Auctioneering) degree from the University of Glamorgan accredited by the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers). This followed a successful two year certificate course in Estate Agency Management from Senior College Dun Laoghaire. David further developed his credentials by completeing the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) approved course for building energy rating, which we all now know that every property for sale or to let is legally obliged to have before being put onto the market.
Following a successful educational career David moved on to have an equally successful professional career with some of the market leaders in the residential sector. It was when David was the Division Manager for the Lettings portfolio Division for one the predominant market leaders based in West Dublin that DS Lettings came about. David acquired the lettings portfolio in November 2012 which lead to the introduction of DS Lettings.
The portfolio we manage is not specific to a particular area, we are countywide that give us a very broad market knowledge. Our portfolio stretches from Balbriggan in North County Dublin all the way to Blackrock South County Dublin and everywhere in between. Over the last number of months we have brought our services out to Leixlip, Celbridge, Maynooth & Clane.
With such an extensive portfolio our knowledge of rental expectation and market demand comes as second nature to us. Remember we can rent your property, it does not matter where in the Grater Dublin Area it is, we will rent it.
