- Arrange viewings at times to suit you and potential tenants, including evenings & weekends
- Fully vet all interested tenants, with previous landlord references, employment references, photographic ID, bank references & PPS No
- Prepare law society fixed term contracts, and execute same
- Collection of one months' rent & security deposit
- PRTB registration
- Transfer of the utilities into the name of the tenant
- Standing order set up for all future rents
- Arrange BER assessment if required
